At Billingham Bags, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Billingham protective dust bag and shipping box to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, removing any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
